More than 40 galleries specializing in 20th-and 21st-century design and decorative arts descend on the City of Angels for the 28th edition of the Los Angeles Modernism Show, which runs April 24 to 26 at the 3Labs studio in Culver City’s Hayden Tract Arts district. “The fair’s proximity to the design industry as well as the entertainment industry makes it one of the most important design shows on the West Coast,” says director Rosemary Krieger. Newcomers Pierre Anthony Galleries of West Palm Beach and New York–based Ursus Books join fair veterans Didier Ltd. of London, the local Reform Gallery, Aaron Mapp of Miami, and a La Mod from Palm Springs.
